Eden Hill Medical Center
New 140,000-square-foot, three-story building that included installation of underground, life safety system, power, lighting, and more. It is located on 25 acres in downtown Dover, DE, and serves approximately 2,500 people daily who see several medical specialists housed in the facility. It boasts more than a dozen physician offices, an ambulatory surgery center, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, and walk-in urgent care.
